An energetic asana practice offering students a challenging flow through floor and standing poses incorporating alignment, flexibility, intention and connecting the body and mind through the breath. Taught by Jen Seidman (subbing for Cynthia). $15 or class card
Taught by Kripalu trained yoga teacher, Catherine Bourassa. This class emphasizes floor poses and slower paced standing movement for all levels. The class incorporates breath work, philosophical yoga intention, alignment and flexibility, while also awakening the body through deepening stretches.
$10 payment to Catherine or class card.
Come try out trapeze yoga, amazing for body alignment, back traction, stress management strength and flexibility and overall spaciousness in body and mind.
All levels welcome. It's fun and you'll be guided through each pose with ease.

Restorative yoga is a chance to surrender all sensation and restore energy to the body and mind through deepening into consciousness and tapping into subtle body energy. This hour long restorative will have a monthly theme and will include guided breath work, restful poses with the use of props and insightful readings and philosophical offerings, Taught by Cynthia Davis. $15 or class card.
Do you feel like things move too quickly in class to really understand a more advanced pose or arm balance? Crow pose might be accesible for you if given a little more time and instruction. This class will focus on crow and side crow and all the steps to get there. Allowing you to prepare your body and take your time to work gradually into different expressions of the pose that are right for you. Taught by Cynthia Davis. $15 or class card.
Treat yourself to a mindful mini-retreat. You will be led through a wonderful yoga flow class and meditation. After class enjoy a plant based lunch featuring nourishing ingredients that are healing for the soul and the gut, all lovingly created by local chef, Harrison Gessow. Yoga taught by Cynthia Davis.

Come stretch. lengthen, strengthen and grow with trapeze yoga. This practice will help relieve back pain, stress and tension, build endurance and make you smile. When the weather is good we can host your group or come join a scheduled class. Private lessons are available all year round in the indoor Soma studio.

I am an artist, plant-based chef, refugee advocate and 25-year practitioner of yoga. Yoga has helped me enormously and has changed how I process everything. I am more mindful and I react and act with more love in my heart which helps all relationships in my life. I love sharing this practice with others.

Release tension and stress with this 10 minute neck and shoulder opener you can practice right from your chair.
This class includes a warm up and focus on half suns sals to full Sun Salutations A with a cool down. If you are re-entering or just beginning and striving for a regular yoga practice, this is a great class for you! It is meant for beginners with lots of cues and slow movements between poses.
Strengthen and ignite the front and back core body with this 45 minute, core focused yoga class with yoga instructor Cynthia Davis. Cynthia will take you through side planks, gentle back bends, lunges and twists to build muscle strength and flexibility. End with some gentle poses to integrate all of the work in this challenging, mixed-level flow class.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing, increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity and peace on the mat and you will see the benefits off the mat too.
